About This Course
Variation is defined as a "change or difference in condition." While it seems unavoidable that slight variations in products are inevitable during the manufacturing process, we know that even the smallest changes can decrease customer satisfaction and negatively impact results. The goal of this course is to teach strategies to spot and reduce variation, improve product quality through the use and comprehension of data, and establish stable and predictable processes to limit variation.
